I'm going to be one of those people...

The ones who get involved in all sorts of things.

I had a sort of, self realisation moment today.

If there has been something that I’ve truly wanted, and I’ve worked hard enough to get it, I’ve always got it.

I got that job at Arcade because I worked my ass off for it.

Ages ago when I was playing WoW, I needed to get into a raiding guild.

And the best raiding guild on the server at the time was shadows from hell.

They were sort of my idols when it came to guilds. And I had decided I wanted to work for my chance to play with them.

And I worked hard, got my gear, filled out my application, got numerous references, and I got in.

Today i’ve decided to do something else for myself.

Raw Brains, the sheffield based hardcore style clothing company, needs a sheffield photographer for a photoshoot.

They were offering to pay etc.

I contacted them, explaining that I was somewhat of an amateur photographer, and I was interested in beginning a portfolio, and they would be doing a big favour to me by letting me work with them.

They’ve said they’re interested, I just need to provide them with some examples of my work.

Its just the start.
